Our mission
Jurisvio is built for lawyers who litigate before French labor courts — firms of 1 to 5 people, employee or employer side. We bring together what repeats in employment disputes: severance calculations, deadlines, draft templates and Social Chamber case law, plus day-to-day practice management. AI proposes first drafts; the lawyer validates every figure, every text and every send.
Why employment law
Employment litigation has quantified rules (severance, damage scales, deadlines) and highly repetitive filings. That is where a specialized tool helps — without replacing legal judgment, or claiming to cover every practice area.
What Jurisvio offers
- Severance calculator: statutory severance, unfitness, notice, conventional-termination floor, damage-scale range — with steps and cited articles.
- Labor-court deadlines: common limitation and appeal periods, with caveats when extension rules apply.
- Draft templates: labor-court filings, pleadings, dismissal challenge, formal notice, settlement protocol, pre-dismissal meeting notice — to complete and approve.
- Checked employment case law: Judilibre decisions (Social Chamber), with checks on existence, number and date; lawyer review remains mandatory.
- Practice management: matters, time, deadline alerts, billing, client portal and e-sign — specialization does not drop day-to-day tooling.
What we do not promise
Results are indicative. Collective-agreement severance and notice are entered manually. Live sync with a third-party practice tool is not covered today — connector status is public at integration status.

We publish the review date of the legal sources we use, monitoring on the Labor Code articles we rely on, and the real status of connectors. No promises outside our scope: the lawyer remains in charge of the matter.
